The Iron Bridge bicentenary three handled vase by Coalport, a limited edition of 500.

The vases were commissioned by the Ironbridge Gorge museum trust from Coalport to celebrate the bicentenary of the building of the worlds first iron bridge over the river Severn N Shropshire.

The cobalt blue vases are decorated with 22 carat gold and each have a hand painted vignette, which depicts a scene taken from an oil painting now in the collection of the trust by George Robertson Circa 1780’s.

The worlds first iron bridge was built in 1779.

The Vases are both cased and numbered 91 and 92 and they have their orginal certificates dated July 30th 1979
