A pair of English art deco period tub chairs with slightly curving back. Stepped show wood arms and cabriole front feet. Tub chairs were made during the 1930’s and 1940s, being small in size to fit into smaller modern homes of the time. This pair in stained beechwood retains some of the influnces of english design, as seen especially within the carving and front feet. upholstered in a blue stripped fabric and plain blue to the back. The material has not been changed this offers customers the chance to recover to their own tastes and decor.
